Backed by nearly a decade in health and wellness and specialized certifications in integrative coaching and menstrual health, I help women uncover the root of their symptoms and move forward with confidence, working in partnership with their healthcare providers.
You deserve care that sees the whole you. I’m Krystal, a Registered Nurse, board-certified nurse coach, and hormone specialist here to help you cut through the confusion, uncover what’s really going on, and find solutions that actually fit your life.
I know the struggles of navigating the healthcare system, feeling unheard, and still questioning what’s right—even decades into your own care. My journey with anxiety, chronic acne, undiagnosed PCOS, fertility challenges, post birth control syndrome, and androgenic alopecia has shown me how isolating it can feel. I wish I’d had the support years ago that I’m offering now—to advocate for women who feel lost, dismissed, or overlooked, and to walk with them toward clarity and lasting change.
