Krystal Mesia, RN, NC-BC
Nurse Coach & Hormone Specialist
Hey, I’m Krystal—Registered Nurse, board-certified nurse coach, and your go-to for holistic hormone and wellness support. With nearly a decade of experience in health and wellness, I help women cut through the confusion and get to the root of what’s really going on with their body.
My approach is personal, practical, and always focused on your whole self—mind, body, and spirit. I’m not here to hand you a one-size-fits-all plan or tell you to overhaul your life. I’m here to help you feel seen, heard, and supported with real tools, clear guidance, and zero judgment.
Working with me feels like talking to a friend who gets it—but also happens to know how to navigate the healthcare system, read the research, and ask the right questions. Together, we figure out what works for you, always starting with the gentlest, most aligned options first.
You’re the expert in your own life. I’m just here to help you remember that—and walk with you as you take your power back.
Important note: Coaching is not a replacement for therapy or medical care. I work within my scope to help you take intentional steps toward lasting health and wellness.
April Klander, RN, NC-BC
April (who I’m lucky to call mom!) brings over 25 years of bedside nursing experience, along with certifications in holistic nursing and nurse coaching.
She’s got an incredible wealth of knowledge, and her passion for caring for others is unmatched. But here’s the kicker: working with a nurse coach like April isn’t just helpful—it’s a shift.
She’s got all the clinical know-how you’d expect from a seasoned nurse, but she also brings heart, humor, and a seriously calming presence to every session. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of what’s next, she will help you cut through the confusion and really tune into what matters to you. This isn’t about quick fixes or fluffy advice.
April’s old-fashioned in the best sense—she prefers real human connection over screens and is tired of the impersonal side of healthcare. She misses the days when nursing was more than just checking boxes. If you’re ready for real change, April is here to help you take the next step and make it happen.
“This path lets me bring the heart of nursing to the places it’s needed most—long after the hospital doors close.”
