April
I bring 37 years of experience in healthcare, with 26 of those as a registered nurse—mostly at the bedside. I’ve always believed in holistic care, combining clinical expertise with genuine compassion, active listening, and a calming presence. I do my best to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—where you can gain clarity, focus on your needs, and create meaningful change.
I spent years putting my patients, my family, and everything else above my own health. Truthfully, I still catch myself slipping into that pattern. But I’ve learned to recognize the difference between constant caregiving and learning to give back to myself. With coaching support and time for self-reflection, I’ve started allowing myself more grace, and I’m learning to prioritize my own well-being so I can regain the energy and clarity to keep doing what I love.
I’m not chasing perfect—and I wouldn’t sell that idea to you either. I’m striving to become a version of myself that I’m proud of and learning to love. We all have our reasons for putting ourselves last, but there comes a time when we need to choose ourselves too.
As a seasoned nurse, I know that coaching offers something unique. You’re not just a chart or a checklist—you’re a whole person with a story that deserves care and attention, beyond the walls of an office. I’m here to walk with you as you reconnect with yourself, uncover what matters most, and move forward with intention.

Krystal
I’m a Registered Nurse and board-certified nurse coach with a background in health and wellness spanning nearly a decade.
My work focuses on helping women better understand their symptoms, identify patterns in their health, and take practical next steps that fit their daily lives. I support clients in connecting what they’re experiencing with realistic lifestyle changes, while encouraging collaboration with their healthcare providers when needed.
Alongside clinical practice, I’ve completed specialized training in integrative coaching and menstrual health, which allows me to take a more holistic, pattern-based approach to care and support.
I’ve always been drawn to work that gives people more time, attention, and understanding than they often receive in traditional healthcare settings. This space allows me to slow down, listen closely, and support people in a more complete way.
