Krystal Mesia, RN, NC-BC

Hey, I’m Krystal!

I’ve spent over a decade in the health world, including six years as a nurse—and in that time, I’ve learned that real, lasting change doesn’t come from more information alone.

It comes from support. From accountability. From having someone in your corner who actually gets it.

That’s where I come in.

When we work together, you’re not just getting a coach—you’re getting someone who knows when to turn up the heat and when to meet you with softness. I bring depth, realness, and a whole lot of heart. I’m here to help you clear the noise, get honest about what’s holding you back, and start moving toward the version of you that feels more grounded, aligned, and clear.

I’m a deep feeler. Empathetic to a fault. I’ll meet you right where you are—with no judgment, just real support. And if I don’t have the answer? I won’t fake it—but I’ll help you figure it out. Between my network and connections in the community, you’ve got options—and you won’t be doing this alone.

“I got into nursing to help people take back control of their health—not to drown in red tape and rushed care. What I found was a system built more for profit than people. So now, I do what I can inside the system—and also outside of it—because people deserve better. And I’m here to help give them just that.”

April Klander, RN, NC-BC

April (who I’m lucky to call mom!) brings over 25 years of bedside nursing experience, along with certifications in holistic nursing and nurse coaching.

She’s got an incredible wealth of knowledge, and her passion for caring for others is unmatched. But here’s the kicker: working with a nurse coach like April isn’t just helpful—it’s a shift.

She’s got all the clinical know-how you’d expect from a seasoned nurse, but she also brings heart, humor, and a seriously calming presence to every session. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of what’s next, she will help you cut through the confusion and really tune into what matters to you. This isn’t about quick fixes or fluffy advice.

April’s old-fashioned in the best sense—she prefers real human connection over screens and is tired of the impersonal side of healthcare. She misses the days when nursing was more than just checking boxes. If you’re ready for real change, April is here to help you take the next step and make it happen.

“This path lets me bring the heart of nursing to the places it’s needed most—long after the hospital doors close.”
