I’m a holistic Registered Nurse with board certification in nurse coaching—which basically means I blend real clinical experience with mindset work, habit-shifting, and honest conversations that actually help you move forward. Think: less "just take this and follow up in six months," more "let’s figure out what’s actually going on and what you really need."
I’m not here to give you a gold star for surviving the chaos (though, hey, you deserve one). I’m here to help you change what’s not working—whether that’s your relationship with food, stress, your health, your schedule, or your own inner dialogue.
This is a partnership. You’re the expert in your own life—I just ask the right questions, help you connect the dots, and support you while you make things happen. We’ll come up with a plan that feels doable and meaningful, and we’ll keep it real the whole way through.
I’m all about small steps that actually stick, starting with the least invasive, most natural options first. Oh—and I’ll make sure you have the info, tools, and confidence to ask the hard questions and advocate for yourself with confidence. Because when you understand your health, you take back your power. And that’s where real change starts.

Here’s what I mean when I say holistic: it’s a whole-person approach. We look at your physical health, mental and emotional well-being, lifestyle, and everything in between—because it’s all connected.
But make no mistake: I fully respect and support western medicine. Holistic doesn’t mean we throw it out the window. It means we explore the root cause of what’s going on, and we start with the least invasive, most sustainable options first—not that we ditch evidence-based care. There’s room for both, and in many cases, you need both.
