This monthly meetup is all about meaningful connection, real conversation, and simple self-care. It’s a chance for women to come together in a world that can feel loud, fast, and disconnected—to slow down, share openly, and support one another. Whether you’re craving community, a fresh perspective, or just some time to breathe and be yourself—you’re in the right place.
FAQ
TIME COMMITMENT:
Plan for 30 minutes... stay as long as you like. Pop in for a quick reset or linger a while—there’s no pressure either way.
VIBE:
Think cozy, casual, and welcoming. Come as you are—leggings, messy bun, work clothes, or pajamas—we truly don’t care. The space is about ease, reflection, and leaving lighter than you came in.
ATTENDANCE:
Whether you’re rolling solo or bringing a friend, you’re welcome here. Making new connections as an adult can be weird and hard—I get it. That’s exactly why this exists: to help real women meet, connect, and build genuine friendships in a low-key, judgment-free space.
COST:
Support the Sugar Shack by grabbing a coffee or treat if you’re able. If it’s not in your budget, no stress—bring your own thermos, skip the snack, or reach out to me directly. Everyone is welcome, always.
WHAT IF I’M THE ONLY ONE WHO SHOWS UP?
Yikes, awkward! Just kidding, lol. First of all—awkward isn’t our thing, connection is. If you’re the only one, we’ll still sip some coffee, dive into a fun reflection or activity, and make the most of it. Whether it’s one or twenty of us, the space is always open for honest conversation and supportive energy. If you’re feeling the nudge to come, take it as your personal invite—I’d love to see you.
HOST:
Krystal Mesia, RN, NC-BC
Registration isn't required, just show up. We meet in the back of the Shack!
